I've got this exact same file named "WEST BANK / KFK".
Kung-Fu Kids are also the first to be greeted, so perhaps one of the members cracked it? |

Hmm.. After depacking it says GREMLIN! after the sys-line. But the fact is that all text _could_ have been changed here by anyone because the file isn't crunched.
There's a similar version here: West Bank.
If I remember correctly I have a crack of Last V8 from The Cruncher with a similar "intro", but that might mean nothing as well.. |
