Use Run/Stop as kill key when getting stuck in levels with deep pits.

Thanks to Logiker for the Dir-Art, which was done with the help of preview videos weeks ago.

Same for the docs, which I prepared without having the game with information from the net. Hope everything fits. Just had a little time to check them now.
