Summary
Submitted by CRT on 29 March 2024
c2 Cross Assembler is an architecture independent assembler with C++ meta programming capabilities. It's a wrapper on top of a C++ compiler.

This is an early release but it already assembled a couple of C64 scene releases and the 6502+ support is rather solid. As a bonus, 6809 support should be good as well. There are untested Z80 headers from Mostersgoboom included. With some effort, 68K should be on the horizon as well.

Consider this a pre-release with potential bugs.

c2 is written from scratch but based on the philosophy of c6510 (we can call it "c1") maintained by Krikkit and used by Censor Design. These are two different assemblers.
