There should just be thumbs up and thumbs down. Any votes 6-10 convert to thumbs up, and votes 1-5 convert to thumbs down. Simple as...

Quoting 'Raistlin'
a slight flaw with the anti-downvote/anti-upvote system that CSDb has
Moderators' perspective is the real flaw is that we still have this shit called voting... we are a database platform with forums... and maybe or not - matter of debate - release platform (some might say no)

Admins are computing for years now about Mods' unamimous vote to get rid of anti-social media shit such as votes... *smokes another Grins Denmark* probably someone's gonna have the smart idea to raise minimum of votes for average to 11... *fingers crossed*

Well, we found a slight flaw with the anti-downvote/anti-upvote system that CSDb has ;)

8x 10, 1x 6 and 9x 1 votes… 18 voters, total of 95.. gives an average of 5.28.

But since the 8x 10 votes are so far from the 1 vote, they’re ignored. Taking just the 6 and 1 votes, total is 15 from 10 voters giving the 1.5 score that CSDb currently shows.

So basically the anti-up/down vote system won’t allow for any amount of fair disagreement. Doh.
