Claim is the sample (in Dutch) is from an X-rated movie. The sentence is repeated in female and male pitch: "Hmmm, wat is dat toch lekker, he?". This means something like "hmm, that is (always) very good, don't you agree?" But that could have been somebody talking about a chocolate cake. ;-)
