"-NAF/BYG!-" is only the default marker in the BYG Compactor II (Special Edition) used here.
Visible Text: "char : gus/[a]", so at least one credit can be given.
Then we have the tune, it's visible this start of code
A62: 4C 08 21 4C-17 21 AD 74-21 C9 02 F0-07 C9

and it means it's a Future Composer tune at $1800.
Let take some possible pattern in the data like
85 3E C5 82-32 32 C0 85-3E C5 82 32-32

and scan for it in the whole HVSC and voila', 1 only occurrence, it's Dovrigubben

Depacker is the same as in file Union Logo #01 , however, there's an empty text line in the header (compared to the linked one, where you can find the credits). I haven't tried it but maybe could be fixed based on the linked entry with some copy-paste on the depacker routine. (?)
Very likely a different music is added to this one, there's a small text for the music part with '-NAF/BYG!-'.
