If you use any of the offered trainers and get hit too many times, you cannot kill the boss robot at the end anymore. Just the head blows up and the body is invulnerable by default. This is because this game has a major issue with the stack (like some other of Rulas' games, sorry to say) in the collision detection. But without the trainers you die way before the bug kicks in. I initially had the same trainers, but I changed them because I spotted while testing that they have a side-effect.
