Having been the US member of The Force Australia, and future US member of Ikon Visuals Australia, Member of Shade, Friends with The Lords, Venom & Havoc, I got the parts and put them together. Stretchier and a few others attempted to fix the PAL parts for the US release (this was also released in AUstralia by both The Force and Ikon Visuals). As far as I rmember, all parts were on the official release which was released simultaneously on each of the contributing groups websites, no idea how a copy got out without the venom part or the force part as the guys in Shade (me and streetkiller) combined and linked them all.
