For the time, good results can be generated by manually selecting charblocks across different frames and observing whether the inserted char replaces more than 1 char in the processed image, and replacing chars in the codebook if there is minimal image change, etc. this method a single charbank can be used for many frames. Have a look at this example.. Its running at 25 frames per second with 12 real frames displayed per second (and pseudo inbetween frame to generate 25 different images per second)

oh.. Sabrina ;-)

anyway: great tool. haven't run this one ,but I tested beta version and it was really promising. when you add automated sequence enconding surely video demos will follow! :)
