I double checked and Illegal #20 [german] is from 9/1987. Where did you get the info of 22 August from?
I will update the release month of Think Twice IV now to September since the magazine is clearly from September 1987.

That is strange, because Think Twice was released on 14 August 1987. Perhaps they meant this? I don't think that they made all 4 demos in one month. Anyway, the release month of Think Twice II, III and IV are probably guessed.

Was voted as one of the top demos in Illegal 20, which came out on august 22nd - so release date can't possibly have been october, if we trust the release date of Illegal.
