Yes it's probably by Joe. Sounds similar to those in Merry Christmas and made in the same editor.

The scroll text says "big hello to coax, sorry but i couldn't ask you if i could use this music 'coz i don't have your tel.number" seems more directed to a person named Coax than a group. The idea it could be by JJK and greeted as a group would be plausible but still a guess. Anyone can contact Jesper Kyd to know what's the story here?
But in any case it makes sense it's not the same Coax if he actually never made or released tunes before 1989.

In the scrolltext they thank Coax for the music. I have strong suspicions that this tune is not done by Coax who has been credited for this tune. His handle was MP still in the early 1989.
As danes, 2000 A.D. most likely got this tune from their country-fellows from Coax Crew which makes this very interesting as there is a member called Jesper Kyd in that Coax group. Time stamp matches, so could this be a SID tune by Jesper aka JJK . ???
If anyone can confirm or prove me wrong, that would be awesome.
