Stronkard from the Latin stronken means person which is drunk and stoooned at the verry same time.
Term first used on the c64 platform:

lol...er..sorry for another lamo gfx release.....i'm quite drunk and thought while i'm up i may as well slap another strange pic on csdb for your eyes to bleed to..lol.....feel free to 'anti-alias' and 'advanced-dither' it so that it becomes a good logo..... :)
