VIC timing is inaccurate. As a result, stray pixels are seen in the demo Tsunami. This is fixed in v1.0.4.25.

The amplitude modulators don't hold the last sample sent from waveform generators that have been set to output no waveforms. This is fixed in v1.0.4.8.

The response of the SID wave feedback register $D418 isn't correctly emulated. It is fixed in v1.0.4.3 and further improved in v1.0.4.5.

The VIC sprite Y expand register isn't correctly emulated, as a result the game Flying Shark doesn't display correctly. It's fixed in v1.0.4.17.

The VIC under-border background colour logic is inaccurate which shows in the "1993" part of "Totally Stoned 2" demo by Booze Design. It's fixed in v1.0.4.18.
