I don't think you can consider it a 'crack' of some sorts, as Parson (who was in DCS and probably released this) was also in P.A.L. .. I guess he had this part laying around for sometimes and just decided to release it.

Violator, you're right, appearantly the demo was supposed to be called "Tom's Headroom".
