This is the version with credits - at the party, a credit-less version was shown due to the compo rules. Also, because I was a bit too late to ask LHS to code the timer routine, this version of the tune was sent to me by friday evening. At that point, I was already at the partyplace and with no internet available, I wasn't able to hand over plan A - only plan B :(.
The tune was created over a period of three weeks. Originally, I wanted to do this in JCH first, then port to Viruz and fine-tune the instruments. But, as the tune was finished four days ago, I knew there wasn't enough time to really get a groove out in Viruz, so I opted to do a compo pic instead.
The way the timer is represented graphically was something I came up with while drawing the timer sprites. LHS did a great job coding it - many thanks, Tomas! By the way, it's fun to see how well the snaredrum "syncs" with the timer, hadn't expected that :). |
