This tool adds column handlers to Explorer for some 32 bit versions of Microsoft Windows to expose the Artist, tune name and copyright to details view. Probably doesn't work with Vista - let me see some C++ source to do column hanlders for Vista and I'll updated it.
Download the zip, extract the dll to a suitable place. Register it with the system with the console command regsvr32 sidtag.dll
It allows me to order tunes by release date and compare tunes by artists from a particular period when they have a particual style like late 1990s by DJB. |
