I think it's not about trying to copy the original as close as possible but to make your own interpretations. I think Fredrik has done that. Sounds totally chipbent and gritty! I like it :)

Would be cool if those "ein, zwei, drei" etc voices actually came in at 5:00 or so.. as digis.. :)

Suckass cover, but still i like it, it somewhat captures the feeling, especially the endless arrangement. 6.20 mins with VERY little variation! The filtersweeps and cybertracker brutality sends shivers down my belly. So thumbs up Fredrik. Your choice of music to cover is good. Keep on keeping on man.

Stainless steel: this isn't your kind of music, right?

Fanta, it is vaguely perceptible. Sorry.

I still prefer that people do their own music instead of converting real tunes to sid... But keep working, requires some effort to reach a higher level :-)

Actually it loops right after the first pattern.

This reminds me to "Computer World" as much as "99 Red Balloons". Sorry.

Too much vibrato on the chords compared to the original.

Nice try, now you should do D.A.F., Skinny Puppy, Esplendor Geometrico, Die Form, Severed Heads and the rest ;D

I find this tune quite charming. It definately captures the essence of the original along with a hardcore early 80's sid vibe. This takes me back...

some s.a.m. samples would help here a lot.

The snare resembles the original indeed. But ... the rest is somewhat "meh", sorry.

I tried to do a cover of Kraftwerk - Computerworld.
The sid is 6:19 minutes long, before it does the "loop" and starts over again.

I am quite happy with the Snaredrum in this sid :)
