Yes. This is what The Tribune became, I'm not sure what issue it was they changed name. Hard to find the earlier issues and also the missing Tribune issue #60 (the final issue apparently finished).

I believe this is where the roots of the Tribune lie, although it wasnt really that back then. I counted it as a diskmag, because of its evolvement into The Tribune, however this is just a note listing illegal games he tried to sell.
