This tool is for a new cartridge, check the site linked above to find out what it does.

Note that the current trunk of the vice emulator can fully emulate easyflash already. This has been done by Hannu, Marco and Alex - thanks!

btw: Sorry that the cartridge is named EasyFlash, nearly like the DTV tool. This is an accident, but I think it's to late to change it.
