No big changes, but this release containes everything I wanted to add before the first guys get their EasyFlash.

If you don't know what it is, check the Web site or the comments at the old release EasyProg 0.1.

Changes:
- Add flashing BIN files (for x1541's PLCC => EPROM KERNAL adaptors)
- Add sprite logo to main screen
- Improved menu structure
- Add text "write complete"
- Tiny splash screen for non-native CRTs
