Oh, that's "CP-Short" by Alfatech. It was first used in Alfatechs bouncy intro, the same I used for Stranded +2P.

I'd say to 80% that the tune is by Alfatech, the cover style would fit him and it was used in some Triad cracks e.g. Connection Gravity (cracked by Alfatech) and Custer
