- calculate one rotated/zoomed line into texture space
- offset texture reads by one ,x indexing
- possible hence the texture is 16x16 only, dont care about overflow much just repeat the texture in memory

the slow update / update bug creates here a strange illusion (is it?) that parts of the screen are rotating into the opposite direction. Aeg should have used a slower rotation speed, or either not update every 2nd line, to get rid of that. the effect is ruined by this "bug", and cannot be enjoyed in full glory. | User Comment Submitted by CyberBrain on 24 April 2003
