- calculate one rotated/zoomed line into texture space
- offset texture reads by one ,x indexing
- possible hence the texture is 16x16 only, dont care about overflow much just repeat the texture in memory
- from now on all you need is jsr to lda ora ora ora sta sta speedcode with different ,x

How was this done anyway? I know the basics of zoom-rotators, but this is impossible.

the slow update / update bug creates here a strange illusion (is it?) that parts of the screen are rotating into the opposite direction. Aeg should have used a slower rotation speed, or either not update every 2nd line, to get rid of that. the effect is ruined by this "bug", and cannot be enjoyed in full glory.

2x2 is a wild resolution for a zoom-rotate-stretcher!
