I think i have actually visited Peter Arndt in the 80's together with Mr.Fiend to obtain a cartridge based packer. It looked a bit different though.
But i guess it was either a earlier or later version of this one.
Still got it somewhere. It gave quite a good packresult back in the day. I think i used it on Turn it.

Contains at least some brief dox about the various options.
Use Happy-Packer instead which works.
