Love it except for the nose ring ;-), I think it's a bit distracting and superfluous, from a design perspective. But otherwise it's great and I love the colors, the melting, the expression. Awesome! Please indicate the graphics mode used?

I like how well the topology of the face is done, and how well it melts with the rest of the picture. Good palette use, and it pleases me to see dithering that is used for drawing rather than just for hiding flaws and screenmode limitations.
