A simple tool to create char delay value screens used for char color fading images. Finished on 1995/6/18, released tonight after 15 years.

Use CRSR keys and SPACE to set the char (does auto increment after each placement). 0-9 and A-F to type hex value. SHIFT+RETURN to sample the char value.
F1/F3 to change mode (text/graphics) and finally F7 to preview.
STOP to stop the fade. HOME to return to top left position. There's a auto-increment switch as well and a few more (need to dig the source to find out).

There's no file menu, you have to load multicolour pic (Adv. Art Studio format) manually and save the screen ($0c00). Might publish the source if you are interested :)

Use at own risk! ;]

UPDATE:
Thanks for downloading!
I've added the sources (for Kick Ass) https://gist.github.com/628387
