CSAM V2 - UNFINISHED BUILD

Due to demand (and also due to the fact that i have vastly increased my internal version of the CSAM quantiser (CSAM V3), I have decided to release this version.

Basic instructions included. The below do not work

NOT WORKING / NOT IMPLEMENTED

Hires C64 Multicolor mode
2 Color Mode
24x21 Sprite Mode
IPR Iterative Pair Reduction
Direct Cluster Centroid (working, but produces poor results)
Save BlockX2 Mode
