judging from the date inside, same as digital talk #98, i'd say this is just a leftover never published before, hence the outdated content

Seems like the text in this issue was too old to give some reactions :-(
Would be nice to have Issue #100 covering actual topics!
Oh, and some more/larger text would help - the actual Issue is quite small in Terms of text!
