It's possible, but then why did the name of the publisher change so that they could work in what's obviously a slam against Mitch (whom they hated)? It's also possible they wrote this thing and what I'm thinking is the original of this is a later version where they cleaned things up. It's also possible that they cracked this, since before they did protection services they did cracks (or did both at the same time). In any case I think this should be attributed to Piratebusters.
