Ah, another useful tool for parties, and if not, this is food for the glorius Airwolf Fixer, which can convert anything.

Umpf... Mr. DATA going to arise from this?

Extend it to recognize missing data on fucked disk images - even if we have to feed it a hundred disks it would be worth the effort. :)

In the end you may come up with an AI that creates demos, games and tools on empty disk images :)

Try to make it read the charset in the "Don't meet Crest" note, that should be fun! 8)

No no...it's not going so far, HCL :)

This is only a BASIC demonstration that shows a neural network in operation..
It has to be taught for three characters then it can recover those patterns associatively.
So to be true, it's not really a tool, maybe a category like 'Demonstration tool' would have been better fit for it.

Uuuhh, so.. If my character ROM gets some bit-errors, this program can give me some idea of what is written? :).

crashes on (emulated) ide64, I think I'll look into this matter some more.

This is a Neural Network Simulator for recognizing characters after damages in their bit-pattern.

I made the runnable PRG from the BASIC text that is given at the webpage I'd given in 'AI on C64' Forum topic.
The Program was written by John Walker, but I didn't find downloadable PRG for it, and didn't find entry at CSDB.
That's why I released it.
(You can find some info in readme.txt in zip version.)

Have a nice experiment..
