I chose it when my cousin bought a c64 and we played a game called UFO (I think), when you got a highscore you could then enter your name, but only 3 chars! So, after a sleepless night (ofcourse I stayed over coz we couldn't stop playing!) I decided on JoY, it probably came from JoYstick, can't really remember but i woke up that night and said yeah.. that's it...and i have used it ever since, after I got my own c64.
