I wanted something that sounded distinguished. Perhaps I got it from Grail Quest gamebooks by J.H. Brennan--I can't recall.
Trivia :
Originally Sir Lancelot and The Blackadder were going to create a new Australian group called "Kult". We'd already made some of our first demo, when we got an offer to join the group Lithium. So instead, we called the demo Kult and made it a Lithium production.
