The Chosen One's specialty was stealing other people's old game cracks, changing the cracked game's title screen to make it look like a different, new game no one had heard of before, freezing them to strip off the original crack intro/credits and then slapping a new intro or two on. This was done to make an old crack look like a new release.
In several cases this was done while masquerading as Dr. Ice and the old crack was made to look like a new import by US group Impact. Dr. Ice confirms that TCO had some kind of weird obsession with him.
The Chosen One was actually very good at fooling people with these releases, and continues to do so to this day. Some of his fakes, such as Fast Track - RC Racers, exist in Gamebase as if they were genuine, original games.
Another good example is "Roar", a fake-edit of TNK III, which even has the fake Japanese cracker and game company that the Chosen One created credited in Gamebase > http://gb64.com/game.php?id=11146
Very few releases you see below are legitimate and anything with TCO's name on it needs to be scrutinized carefully. Anything that mentions Dr. Ice is definitely a fake.
