Handlestory :
I started in the C64 scene in 1989 and finished up about 1995 due to my university studies and working part-time during that period. I did not have as much spare time as I used too, and still kept informed about the demo scene groups and members up to present day. The C64 scene was great to be a part of and I still keep in communication with my group members and international contacts.
My favourite game was the Last Ninja series, so I called myself Blade because of the ninja sword.
I was first known as "The Robowiz" when I first entered the C64 scene in NZ.
I later delved into other scenes under the name "Blackflash" doing graphic work, and eventually became a system engineer working in IT Infrastructure.
Trivia :
First group that I was apart of was called TRIO hacking crew, founded my Machete of Rotec and a few friends.
System was born in 1991 after a name change from Flame which was another name change from Time due to other groups being called that.
The original members were all from New Zealand.
System's first break was a collaboration demo coded by Machete/Rotec and The Hegg/Bad Karma in 91.
Shockwave was the only coder of the group for a long time whom I eventually handed the group and all my contacts to him.
