Music Man (Chuck) was a Pedophile who worked for a paging company in Orlando and ran a Color 64 BBS out of an RV that was parked next to the Parliament House Resort that is still in operation.
He was a member of “The Alliance”. He found his 13 year old male victim through his board as he allowed some locals on and screened them as potential victims with the sysop chat system.
He made the mistake of not locking his RV door and was walked in on by another teen coder/cracker that would come over and work on his BBS and drink underage.
He and his victim were caught naked with a tripod and a video recorder running as he was filming the abuse to trade with like minded pedophiles. He was then anonymously snitched to the Orlando Police Dept. and they took the detailed report very seriously.
They investigated him and followed him picking up his victim in his white company van. They interviewed the victim who admitted everything. They then got a warrant and tossed his RV and found the hidden compartment where he kept his VCR tapes.
He did go to jail and did not get a long enough sentence. I was shocked that his existence in the scene would be found on the web. I won’t state any real names or what my handle was."
