David    (1 December 1989 - ??)

Ex member of :
Mode 2 (1/5-1989 -> 31/8-1990)
Function :
Coder
Founder of :
Mode 2

Handlestory :
I had the oppertunity to join Elite 1997 in the days of the holiday season of 1987. I came up with the brilliant 1188 (january 1, 88) and added 'Crew' to make it sound cool :-) But everyone thought I was a group, so I decided to change the handle to Waffle within a month. I remember releasing a few demo screens under the handle of 1188 Crew though.

Later in 1989 a larger reorganization of the group Elite 1997 took place and the remaining members and some guys from Magic formed Mode 2. During that time I switched handle to David.

I attended the Upfront party in Randers, Denmark as a member of Mode 2 in December 1989. We didn't make it to the competition, and it was one of my last efforts on the c64 scene.
