It is not PETSCII, but Extended Color Mode (ECM) with modified PETSCII charset, provides more freedom in available colors and shapes. I call is SP-ECM mode, but other names could exist. Not a widely used mode, due to charset limitation (64 characters can be used). Made with the help of fantastic online tool http://petscii.krissz.hu Worth to check it out!
