Release id #43242 : Give a Try 3 'Musicrip' source

What's the freakin' idea behind THIS?!
Is it even a genuine release that should be in CSDb?

Of course it's scene related stuff. Such stuff like sources of demos are MORE than welcome.

Indeed, a 100% scene release.

Time for a "Give a Try #4" eh? :)

Some explanation on how to work with those files would be nice.
I mean, not here, but within the information of that release.

And perhaps there should be a new category in CSDb: sourcecode :-)

In this case 'misc.' might have been a better category I guess.

Oh well, necroing thread is always fun. :)

This "package" was my fault, I've uploaded it long time ago to archive that I was probably the first, decades ago who sent back the ripped music from Crossbow's Give & Take / Give a Try 3.

It was happened at a Hungarian, non demoscene related party, where I was bored and Artlace showed me this nifty challenge. It took me a while to understand every trick behind it, but doesn't took much time to rip the music.

I never boasted about my skills, nor really wanted fame, that's why I never really bothered to write anything about this "release" on CSDB or anywhere else.

Lots of people tought that I'm just a demo coder, until Return of Heracles, but I always wanted to understand what programs do. This was my main motivation as I was able to learn a ton of things which was not written in the books. Also not much people know that, the "famous" "Csokonai számitástecnikai klub" in Hungary was founded by my dad in early '80s. He was the first club leader and I was that annoying kid, every older "cracker" knowed in late '80s who asked dumb questions about everything. Sometimes it's funny to hear 'em talking about that era and knowing a lot of things behind their "great" stories... :)

Time flies, people change, just history remains the same.
