Does anybody know who did this font?

I've come along that in several releases, but nowhere it got credited.

it's from the game hektic ... I'm taking an educated guess.

the graphics for that game were done by Toy.

or if it wasn't him.. maybe dolly / ex pulsar.. although I'd say 85-95% toy's work

and hektic 2 was totally made by him, code/gfx/sound
