The PS party is organized to close from your home?
Next time be a big girl and don't enter the PS compo's either then, using an e-mail entry.

Tsss!

Not really Sander, I would like to go if it was not for the indoor smoking. And since I got negative reactions when I give that reason I joked about it being too close as I like to travel to parties abroad too.
No need to get grumpy :)
Did you guys enjoy the party?

with the smoking it wasn't really *that* bad... I mean, it wasn't really full of smoke (except for the DSS corner ;))

OK, well I can never know how bad it will be in beforehand.
But finding out there that it is bad is not pleasant, as I do not have a car to drive home with and the bus does not go too often. Since I can get quite sick, I cannot keep risking this so I decided to be more strict with parties.
I think it is too bad that ( at least according to the csdb party entry) less people showed up that some years before, but it was more than last year I suppose? I hope the party will get enough support from especially those that like cozy c64 only parties.

Everyone really should go outside to smoke anyway.

I myself have smoked for a long time, but Ive never smoked inside a building or inside a vehicle. It just permeates everying and you cant get that stink out.... besides, its bad for the computers! :)

well, on the 15 years oxyron party it was not allowed to smoke inside... which caused that half the people where inside, and others outside ;)

I'm with [DCMP] - the 'no smoking inside' rule is one of the things I loved about LCP04/BFP06.

Had LCP been full of smoke I doubt I would have travelled all the way from England to Sweden the next time I was in Europe.

at oxy-party it was natural selection.
Be non-smoker, cosy and warm or smoke, be outside, get a cold and die.
I like that :)

Being a smoker myself, I still have to go with the non-smokers. I mean, being there and DCMP not, I did smoke inside, but after the experience at bfp I think it is quite nice if you have no smoking inside and are forced to move your ass every now and then - and it reduces the overall consumption. So I am definitely for outside smoking, especially if it makes more people visit!
