THE MOVERS Treasure Chest

Hi all ya guyz around here...

We've just started to open our Treasure Chest...

http://rapidshare.com/files/9304647/Hahni-Soft_of_WCS.ZIP.html

This first package are the transferred disks from Hahni Soft of WCS... WCS was just a local group. Jezi got later a member of Strike Force and Ruhrpott Cracker was also in the WCS (but actually we can't remember his handle at that time; we will add him then with his correct handle)...

a) your isp can not block p2p. use a different port, not the default ones. if its still limited, complain at your isp, you pay for their service.
b) ftp isnt really an alternaive, unless you find someone who is willing to pay for some massive traffic =P

Groepaz, they dont block p2p, they do traffic-shaping
which effectively lowers p2p traffic to a minimum.

All ISPs here do it except one, and that one is the
worst of them all in terms of bw, since its at 100%
capacity nearly all the time.

If you call to complain, they deny it saying they're not
responsible for p2p speeds.
Thats the main reason why i use Usenet exclusively for several years now (although they blocked port 119 several
times in the past year & only reopened it when i called to
complain..).

Sad but true.

FTP is best.

The scene needs a reliable FTP which has the space to support our collections.

The magazine archive at http://mags.c64.org is over 1GB alone, so plenty of space is required.

space should be the least problem really, its not like harddrives are terribly expensive :)

Well, we can use existing FTPs then? like The Digital Dungeon?
