Wanted: demo with the "First they came..." poem
I run into the poem today and the C64 demo also came to my mind. I forgot it's title/creator, but if I recall right, Jeroen Tel's music was used.
The poem goes like this (more on wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_they_came.... ):
They came first for the Communists,
and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist.
Then they came for the Jews,
and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew.
Then they came for the trade unionists,
and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Catholics,
and I didn't speak up because I was a Protestant.
Then they came for me,
and by that time no one was left to speak up. |

Yep. That's "Last Ninja IV Prv/SD", I think it's called something else aswell. I believe JFK made it while being a member of Style Designs. Might be used in other demos aswell. |

ARGH! I used to watch that demo alot. Drives me nuts that i can't recall the name of the group that made it. I belive it was made by some obscure german group. Damn... Anyone!?

I remember it too. I even think I've uploaded it here cause I remember watching it not too long ago.. But I can't remember the name of it. |

Not 100% sure, and maybe I'll confuse you even more yet if I recall right, the music was not made by JCH after all. I believe that a theme from Terminator 2 was used in the demo. I queried HVSC, but unfortunately I can't find the version of the sid I remember. |

I just remembered what it was called - "A Reminder/SD", made by JFK and M sometime in the break between Style Designs and Triad. Got it on some spreads back then. |
