711 was build up in June 1988 from the ashes of Warriors of Darkness (Walter, Basti, Harry and Dirk. Their old buddy Mr.Lee / INXS was among the founding memebers as well.
Mr.Lee found the name for the new group on a 12" record called "Okay!" from the group "OK". Seven Eleven was the record label (a sublable of westside music).
In October 1989 the remains of Cosmos had joined 711 (Antitrack, Big Ben, Hermes). However this transfer turned out to be a mistake. Cosmos was rebuilt in December 1989.
On 1.1.1990, a month later, 711 died. Mr.Lee quit the scene and Walter Konrad built up Double Density, which was a very successful German game company.

| The illegitimate re-built 711 is not yet in the database, they must have an own entry of course. Had some good cracks thou. |

one of the first groups i saw when bought my C64 and still one of the groups i remember best :)
Thanks to Chris for the nice support when I was contacting him as a beginner.
