Shortened from the readme.txt, reading complete file is highly recommended:
Quote:

WHAT WAS FIXED?

While testing Stubenhocker discovered that the northernmost depot in the "master" scenario sometimes became unreachable, [...], thereby erasing objects stored there or creating undefined objects causing the crashes. The bug screwed up the scoring within the minefield part, too.

There was also a problem with the rasterirqs during the convoy action part which would sometimes be missed and cause heavy flickering, [...]

Finally, the game was apparently meant to be restartable via reset-button [...], but since the various io-ports weren't initialized after reset the game couldn't set the proper VIC-bank or memory configuration then.

WHAT ELSE WAS CHANGED?

Scoring can now go up to 999,999 instead of just 99,999, what was not enough for the "grandmaster"-level.

An option to replace "Ambush" radio messages with static to add an element of surprise to the game.

Two previously unused samples can be included into the gameplay (optionally, because they can introduce additional flickering during the action parts and some people might prefer the game without that):

- "Mayday" will sound if your tank amasses critical damage.

- "Achtung" will play whenever you are on the map screen and one of the
allied depots has less than 9 hours left until the nazis take it.[...]

Original look or swastika-free replacement graphics can be selected.

The letter "1" was changed to look more like "1" and less like "]".

The game will automatically pause while zooming in on a depot so one can carefully check its stats without losing game time [...]

After you won or lost a game you can now move joystick #2 down to restart instead of hitting restore [...]

[...]

WHAT'S ROMMEL'S REVENGE MODE HOTKEY GOOD FOR?

It's just a shortcut to launch the game after disabling all trainers, enabling the sneaky ambush and extrasample option, setting Rommel's strength to 10 and the mine repair factor to 1. Those are Stubenhocker's preferred settings, you know :-)
