That's clear.

But it's too crazy to assume he did that without their consent. Otherwise: Why would they let sb join who linked a ripped BB intro in front of a Beastie Boys release just because he and his bunch "spread" the BB release. As both groups were based in Germany, even "import" would have been over the top. But it's not totally beyond imagination, the guy was really brash :)

Use of this intro rip by The Law-Breakers actually predates Moskwa TV joining them. Fortunately(?) most of their intro-linking releases are lost.

how lame is that ^^
normally, I'd guess typical lame Moskwa TV ripping. at least he did not claim to have done anything himself in this scroll

hard to tell, however, if this happened with or without Beastie Boys' approval cause MTV joined them later
