Really like this idea. Very unusual and refreshing.
Okay, you're not gonna get hours of fun out of it, but it's a fun quirky little thing.
I like the fact that letting the missiles stray into the non-safe area actually affects the game and bugs it out or crashes. Real cause and effect for the player. | User Comment Submitted by rez on 29 December 2014 User Comment Submitted by iLKke on 29 December 2014
There is nothing crazy or 'arty' in this.
It's just plain brilliant. | User Comment Submitted by hedning on 19 December 2014
Spider-j: who can tell? i'm hoping people vore for a nice find and package, perhaps? Also we cared to add a .crt for easy replay. The game concept itself is also quite unique. | User Comment Submitted by Doc Strange on 19 December 2014
Really interesting from a conceptual point of view, probably never seen something like that before. | User Comment Submitted by Moloch on 19 December 2014 User Comment Submitted by spider-j on 19 December 2014
What are the people voting for here? The "crack" doesn't impress me *that* much... :-P
Very funny game idea though. | User Comment Submitted by hedning on 19 December 2014
TheRyk: Well. Finally a game where Game Over means death. ;) | User Comment Submitted by TheRyk on 19 December 2014
meant "CBM80" at $8000 with fake CRT reset pointing at some address which restore/refreshes the code | User Comment Submitted by TheRyk on 19 December 2014
btw it plays way better and doesn't look much worse than missile command for C64 ;) | User Comment Submitted by TheRyk on 19 December 2014
Zyron: Maybe was really too stupid to get the game initially and understand that you defend the game code. :)
I find it real fun and nothing's wrong with the glitchy gfx and I think I got the concept (defend the code of this game yeah), BUT Game Over -> just freeze and that's it? C'mon, at least via fake CRT reset or NMI there should be the possibility of restarting it.
However, quite nice as it is. | User Comment Submitted by ϵʟʞ on 19 December 2014
Oswald:
It is nonsense with the nops.. And it does not mind the freezes. It is not a standard game.. The interesting on this is that there is the direct hits to the code self! You may program simillar game that will not direct hit the code and you can then play and do anything you like - to display "game over" or whatever you want - but it is not a point of this "game".. | User Comment Submitted by Oswald on 19 December 2014
it would increase playabilit if there would be like 16 nops between each instruction :) also some counters are located near middle which can fuck up everything before the code is reached -> bad. | User Comment Submitted by Didi on 19 December 2014 User Comment Submitted by Zyron on 19 December 2014
Care to elaborate on that? | User Comment Submitted by TheRyk on 19 December 2014
funny idea, but due to bugs rather barely playable preview status. any group willing to debug it? LXT to the rescue ;) | User Comment Submitted by St0rmfr0nt on 19 December 2014
Looks like a Mem dump of a file of the 1541 Demo Diskette... | User Comment Submitted by hedning on 19 December 2014
Cruzer: Crap or art. It's in the eye of the beholder I guess. :) | User Comment Submitted by Fix on 19 December 2014
Interesting idea and concept... I'm worthless playing it... | User Comment Submitted by ϵʟʞ on 19 December 2014 User Comment Submitted by ϵʟʞ on 19 December 2014
WOW, interesting idea! :o) Simply perfect! | User Comment Submitted by Cruzer on 19 December 2014
Is there a crapgame compo going on? | User Comment Submitted by E$G on 19 December 2014

This is absolutely brilliant! | User Comment Submitted by lemming on 19 December 2014
