This is being written at 07:06am on

I received a call last night from
Pira-Ted of NEPA and we talked about
what was going on with him and ESI.
Here is the TRUTH, and if Pira-Ted
calls ME a liar, he knows the
consequences...because that is one
thing that I never do.
Basically we talked for over an hour
and we were talking about what was
going on with him and ESI.
Ted said that he didn't know who was
doing this stuff to ESI, but that he
was not involved.
I told him that I have known him too
long for him to lie to me, and after
we danced around the issue for a few
minutes, he started talking about it.
Pira-Ted has been trying to join ESI
for the past 9 months. He has asked
Mitch on several occasions and was
turned down. About 3 weeks ago he made
a final attempt to join ESI and he
asked The Head Librarian.
[According to Ted], John said that if
there were no objections, that he
would probably get in.
Ted then called every member in ESI
and said that he talked to John and
that it was ok for him to join ESI.
When John heard this he exploded!
John said that he NEVER told TED that
it was ok with him...John said that
it was up to all the members to have
a vote, and if it was unanimous,then
he would be in.
Ted told Mitch that if he didn't get
into ESI this time, that he was going
to retire from pirating.
Needless to say, he was not accepted
into ESI, and he didn't retire...at
that time.
Ted then started a campaign to destroy
ESI. The first thing that was obvious
was he left a message on the voice
mailbox system giving out Johns name
address, and phone number. He also
threatened to do the same to Mitch,
and Charlie.
What he told a few people was that
the 3 heads of ESI would roll.
Well I had an idea how low he had
gone with his threats, but when I
told John and Mitch, they would not
beleive that he would have done such
a thing. After talking to Ted, he
confirmed my thoughts.
What he did was to start something
that will eventually be fatal to all
pirates. First he contacted the phone
companies and turned in all the
numbers that he had on people so that
MCI,SPRINT,AT&T could set up traps on
their lines and catch them if they
did anything illegal. Then he called
some software companies and told them
that he would give them the names and
address's of ESI members. Also their
sources of software. Ted told me that
the software companies were very glad
to hear this, because ESI is a major
pain in the ass to them.
Now Pira-Ted has dropped the Pira-Ted
name and he is changing his BBS to
Public Domain only. He says that he is
out of pirating and that he is taking
ESI and a couple of others with him.
I told Ted that I would not stand by
and watch my group destroyed, and he
said that it was too late. He said
don't get involved because you will
get burned bad.
He said to me that he took everything
that he had that said NEPA on it and
trashed it. He said that he told the
companies that he was a pirate, but
that he had reformed. He then asked
that his voice mailbox be removed
from the system, and he says that he
is safe...but that ESI and the others
will be gone.
Then he says that maybe the next
generation of pirates will be able to
get along and that they will learn
something from this.
Well I say that the wars that were
started in the past, such as PSI,USI,
UCF,USSPE...were all started and
fueled by Pira-Ted. He started wars,
then sat on the phone with both sides
so that he would continue to receive
wares from both groups.
I think that this is the lowest thing
that he could have done. He should
have been a man and realized that he
wasn't ESI material because he can't
do anything for the group, except run
a BBS with lamers on it. He was told
MANY times not to associate with these
losers and lamers, and if he would
have listened, he may have been in
ESI. But I personally couldn't stand
his lying and bullshit.
If Ted thinks that he can strike a
fatal blow to ESI, and then just sit
back and run a PD BBS, he is sadly
mistaken. He has turned in people in
the past for phreaking and they have
been busted...ask the KANGOL KID...
ask CRUSTACEO MUTOID...ask just about
anyone that was caught that knew Ted.
Ted went on to say that there were
still things that were going to happen
and that there is no way to avoid
them.
John told Ted that if he continues to
carry on with this plan, that he will
be forced to do something drastic.

Ted said that he did it because he was
tired of John laughing at him and
using him as the brunt of jokes, and
he was pissed at not being allowed
into ESI.
