Text from Happy Birthday Glenn Rune!

Description:scrolltext
Text:happy birthday glenn rune! we have learned quite by accident from your wife's facebook post yesterday that you just passed the half a century milestone - congratulations and here is to at least another half a century! we have worked together so many times that we basically consider you an honorary resource member (whether you like it or not) - not to mention your many many other contributions to the c64 scene as knut just wrote to us, you basically worked with everyone who is anyone on the c64 scene! speaking of knut, he wrote to you a few sentences: hi glenn rune. when i came back to the scene in 2013 and started coding again, i needed to understand modern demo coding, and you helped me a lot. i'm thankful for all guidance and advice and i'm proud of the demos we have made together. belated happy birthday, good friend. I hope to see you soon. we also have some other people with important messages so the next is kristian rostoen: hei glenn rune. gratulerer med dagen! how long have we known each other now? 35 years? we have been doing a lot of tunes together, and even a few demos. i have a lot to thank you for. my music would have been extremely crap without you. you're a super talented guy and a great friend. it's been far too long since we last met, so let's grab a beer some day. until next time... archmage on the keys. happy 50th birthday, glenn rune! you are such a kind and talented and funny guy, and i have so much to thank you for. when i got into the c64 many years ago i did not know a soul. you took the time to hang out with me and showed me the ropes, and for that i am forever grateful. we have worked together many times, and together we have produced some stuff that we have good reason to be proud of. it has always always always been a joy. skaal, glenn rune - always surpassing! dane: glenn, you always make me happy and always surprise me in a positive way. thanks for all the music, inspiration and feedback you give! fifty more years! stein/prosonix: what can you say about a guy with a track record like grg? a guy so amazingly humble in spite of his multi-faceted skillset. one who makes such beautiful melodic tunes? i really don't know.. hedning: grg! happy birthday to one of my c64 scene heroes. cheers for another 50 years of awesomeness, or more! all the best from hedning/gp. finally quick credits: awesome last minute graphics by archmage, code by oswald, timeless classic music by kristian rostoen, this charset by luc and a bit of organising and text editing by edhellon. once again happy birthday grg and all the best and here's hoping we shall meet at the latest next time in someren. wrap
