jb: okay, touché. letz just say all hankypanky/flickering gfx modes suck unless they are used for the sake of boobsploitation. MC/HiRes (including PETSCII) and Sprites, the rest can go to hell ^^

+1! Nice one!

@Criticism about mode: well unless for por... erh... photorealism nearness all the interlace modes are superfluous/unnecessary per se imho.

Nice one! I thought it was multicolour too, and was a little surprised when I saw it is a fli pic. Unnecessary imho. I know what Reekol can do in plain MC.

One final nitpick (sorry), I really thought it was a multicolour picture! With all the lovely colours you can use per char block in FLI, some of them could have been used for more antialiasing in certain places, especially the character's back, where you have yellow antialiased with a gap of one black pixel and then a light green pixel.

Very nice! The one thing that really bugs me is...if the speed is so high that the eyeballs are sucked out of the skull like that, surely the ears should be flopping behind the head as well, like the straps to the helmet. Maybe the head could have been tilted back a bit too, instead of having the character slouching forward slightly, to give an even bigger feeling of extreme speed?

I like this pic, it gives the idea of motion in the space, w/ a yeah!
