I really liked this one. As I told you on the party it would be interesting to match it up with the same tune tracked and recorded from a real NES. I think you really nailed the bass from the NES. Maybe a future video on your YT-channel?

Surprisingly, it's not emulated NES counter triangle that catches my attention the most but careful melody with a lot of great articulations. Love it! <3

A writeup is in the works, but briefly the difference is that I'm reproducing the low-resolution triangle wave and sample playback, but with a custom tune. Mr SID played original 6502 NES tunes and emulated the APU at the register level, but with a native SID triangle and no samples.
