Very cool demo! I just grabbed the GFX for here: https://c64gfx.com/release/133935

The story is… brutal. A girl rollerskating then, oh, a gun. BAM. And then… did she just rip her heart out? Oh. The end? Very indie, very non-Hollywood ending :-)

Absolutely gorgeous design and graphics throughout. But, yeah, let’s have a sequel :-)

One would think this is a custom cover for this great demo... :)

But its not :)

Technically it's no Uncensored or Comaland but this demo is so full of good vibes, great images by the mage of art(ch) and cool music that you just have to love it! Like RGB it focused heavily on concept, style and art and yes I love demos like that too. ;)

Forgive me if I won't express any utter orgasmic comments as many of colleagues before. I do really like the gfx, and OST sounds really high class and very pleasant to hear. Cheers.

A few weeks on from all of the party releases, I think stands out as my favourite demo from the competition. Great colourful graphics, music that makes you want to dance around, nice style and everything connects from start to finish!

We ran out of time at the party, the disk delivered to Mr. Burglar had wrong filenames, no dir art and missing the note file. I uploaded a zip file with everything (including all the sids).

This is the one demo that grow most for me, it is like a flower... reaching higher and higher up in the air. This is very fun because now i actually think this is the best demo from x2014 - I change my vote to a 10!

Such a great package of everything-fits-together-oh-so-nicely. It's a little pearl of a demo that can be viewed (and heard) again and again. I love it when the girl stands on top of the building and the new music kicks in, it's just etched in my mind as a great demo-moment where everything fits. I do wish that the demo would say something more - have some kind of message, but then again, I complain about that to everyone, all the time! Well done, and yeah, you beat us fair and square. Maybe mostly square, actually....

Definitely this demo has the best soundtrack of X2014. Furthermore, the concept is really well executed with some great graphics.

I thing the best part of the demo is, discoplotter. The design of the effect is exceptional... Also it looks really dynamic...

Equalizer looks cool. Rollergirl and city scroller parts(nice animation) are quite well designed and definitely deserves some attention.

Congratulations for the crew...

Love the graphics style, especially the comic-like part. It stands out compared to the other demos. The demo feels like it's made with love, not with a drive to be competitive.

What could be said of love, other than its like disco?
So many fine-tuned things in here, and yet as I have written before:
Don’t repeat your name. It’s like seeing a movie which has titles presented twice.
Part from such cons, it’s absolutely great in every way!

You feel the love that went into this production. Everything is well designed and presented. GFX and FX is great. Music is the best compared to the other productions (in my opinion). I can only complain that it doesn't run a bit longer (two disc sides). ;-)

Imho the most coherent demo in this compo. The pace, the music, the design. That all is perfectly assembled. Plays in a league of its own.

PS: I think this is one of the demos that suffered the most on the big screen regarding to colours on there ... It looked so dark and all, MUCH better here at home now the art... Splendid work. Music is super duper too!

Personally I liked "The Doors of Perception" a bit more due to its darker theme and the style of the music, but this surely was top notch in all aspects. Really love those 3D VU meter bars. :D Also, it was awesome to meet the SHAPE posse, even though I was a bit "out of shape" myself at times, sorry for that. :P

My favourite in the compo bar our own. There is just a magic in how Shape combine sound and visuals.

There used to be a c64 disco demo. You know which one. But then came the Disco Apocalypso.

Shape - always surpassing!

At the big screen in somren I thought that the graphics were not that great but must admit now after looking at the demo again Archmage is Archmage and Archmage is great!!!! - not the best you have done Håkon, in my mind that is... But the one part with the three images are just the super coolest part in this demo for me, and also hold thebest code and super gfx for me... One of the coolest parts at the compo actually, for me. I love it all, SHAPE - Keep on doing it! The fantastic thing for me was that I really did not think there would be a shape demo this year and when I got to know I became so happy - you delivered a super demo.
